Sanctuary Watches will always deliver the best options for you. At Sanctuary we offer free shipping worldwide! That's right, we pay your shipping fees for you. 
All items are dispatched within the range of 1-3 business days from online order purchase. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been fulfilled and this will be accompanied by tracking information.
Item delivery ETA will vary according to location. It will take approximately 1-5 business days from the time of fulfillment to delivery orders within Australia and about 10-15 business days for worldwide orders.

SHIPPING TIMES FOR PARTNERED PRODUCTS (NON - SANCTUARY BRANDED) & SWITZERLAND WATCHES:

While all Sanctuary branded products are sent out domestically via Australia Post (Domestic Shipping) or DHL for international purchase(s) and are made and Australian owned. Products that are partnered may take longer.

This is because these products are stored in warehouses outside of Melbourne and sometimes internationally for instance Switzerland, America, Japan, Singapore, Spain, Hong Kong. 

Sanctuary do not physically own partnered brand products and therefore live tracking are only visible through our established partnered system. 

A reminder message is seen at checkout to indicate that shipping may take longer than expected and may be delayed in circumstances that can not be predicted etc. (weather / customs).

For all orders that are Sanctuary partnered (non-sanctuary branded) for example: Swiss brands, IK, SK and clothing items - shipping time may be prolonged due to warehouse locations, these can be expected on average to arrive 10-15 or 15-20 business days, however may be delayed up to 30 or longer days due to customs and any unforeseen circumstances.
